I'm participating in the Biggest Loser Challenge for the first time and here are my goals for this 12 week challenge:
Lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks
Record every BLT (bite, lick, taste)
Workout at least 20 minutes per day 6x/week -- this is my planned BLC streak
Continue Saturday walking group every week
Participate in at least one official 5K this summer
Get in bed by midnight 5x/week
There are more things I would like to accomplish; but, I will keep this as my official list.
We are only in week 1 of the BLC and I really think this was just the motivation and push I needed to get things back on track.
