I can't believe it's Saturday already! The week has flown by and I had so many good intentions!
I was going to try two new recipes this week but that didn't happen!
I was planning to remake an old recipe! Oops!
I was supposed to get 5 days of cardio in too!
Well I did do 10,000 steps for 5 out of 7 days.
I ate within my allotted calorie range for 6 out of 7 days!
I did 3 days of toning for my arms and legs!
I maintained my weight loss.
So I guess all is not lost!
Thank goodness for Sunday and a new week to start fresh!
