First week results, no budge in the scale
I did make it half way through the new Sparks’ book, I will continue reading it, and there is some great advice as well as recipes! I do recommend this book. I have another book checked out to start on ,healthy eating: Live to Eat as well as Tracy Austins book.
I did not do well on the nutritional goal of limit carbs after 2. I did not eat after 8 however.
Exercise GOAL MET! I almost gave up on this one, going from a 100 minutes to 150 minutes was a true challenge! But I did meet the 150 minutes Water Exercising went really well and made up most of the time. Was hoping that would help the scale move, but maybe next week. I think changing up your exercise and not letting yourself settle into a routine is the way to start the scale going in the right direction.
I was able to log onto Sparks and check in with my friends, they are my inspiration, cheer leaders and emotional support!
Next week I want to continue with the 150 minutes but work harder while I am exercising. I will be reaching for more intensity.
I will take my multivitamins, fish oil and fiber pills every day with plenty of water, aiming for 90 oz a day.
I will log my food this week!
