Turning it Around!

Hey! Okay! So yeah! I decided to weigh myself tonight (it was about 9 or 10pm) and I was 214.4 which is down from the 215.6 i was the other day. So glad I'm turning it back around and heading in the right direction! My "Official" weigh in is at 3pm tomorrow.

Hopefully it's even better and closer to where I want to be! I just hope all the changes I'm going to be making this week will help even more.

I also need to try to drink more water. That one will be the hardest of them all. I'm very picky about my water. I HATE hot/warm/room temp water, I like it best when it's a bottle of ICE that's thawing, or when there is a LOT of ice in the cup/bottle. I also try to flavor it when ever i can to help take the flavor to a better place as well. :)

    You need to weight yourself in the morning because that is when you weight the least. Right after you go to the rest room,
