Life was pretty rough from losing two people I was so close to the last time I blogged here. And thankfully I made it thru and found strength and am getting back on track with everything.
I'm fortunate enough ttp work for a company that has provided me with a fitbit tracker and a gym membership, which I am trying to start going again. I've been a few times, too use the pool and cardio equipment, but am planning to go 2 days a week for classes and 2 days a week for wieght/cardio circuit, possibly the other 3 days will be yoga or pool or bhangra or rebound,not too sure yet, but it will be something.
It feels good to be getting back on track!
