reasons why I need to cut out sweets:

1. sugar makes me to hyper
2. sugar can cause diabetes
3. sugar and excessive sweets can make you overweight
4. to set a good example for my daughter
5. if you eat to much sugar you tend to have more carb craving
6. all your sweets are high calories it makes you go over on calories
7. high fructose corn syrup/ sweet sugar is not good for you
8. sweets are nothing but empty calories and have zero nutritional value
9. sweets give me a high energy level but after it wears off I crash into dreamland.
