Total cost for the 28-day month was $118.43. As usual, I had lots of herbs and spices and condiments and staples left over from having to buy a bottle or jar or bag and only needing a little bit. But I used up most of the rest of it.

That's roughly 18 oz of meat/cheese/eggs per day (cheese ounce for ounce, eggs at 1 ounce each), including bones, etc. and 16 oz veggies per day, generally not including the waste.
