Here are the menus for the last week of the month at May 29 - June 5 prices.

Day 22 -
Breakfast - yogurt, flax, sunflower seeds, half and half, cinnamon, cantalope
Lunch - Chicken Broccoli soup, devilled eggs
Supper - Creamy Winey Chicken over caulirice

Day 23 -
Breakfast - yogurt, flax, sunflower seeds, half and half, cinnamon, strawberries
Lunch - salad of cabbage, onion, franks, cheddar, mayo, mustard
Suppper - Microwave Lasagna, broccoli

Day 24 -
Breakfast - yogurt, flax, sunflower seeds, half and half, cinnamon, strawberries
Lunch - salad of cabbage, onion, franks, cheddar, mayo, mustard
Supper - chicken breast w/pasta sauce and mozzarella; creamed spinach

Day 25 -
Breakfast - cottage cheese, cantalope
Lunch - Chicken Broccoli Soup, devilled eggs
Supper - Lentil Soup, franks, sour cream

Day 26 -
Breakfast - yogurt, flax, sunflower seeds, half and half, cinnamon, strawberries, whipping cream
Lunch - salad of celery, cauliflower, mayo, Italian Dressing, eggs
Supper - chicken breast w/pasta sauce and mozzarella; creamed spinach

Day 27 -
Breakfast - yogurt, flax, sunflower seeds, half and half, cinnamon, strawberries
Lunch - Chicken Broccoli Soup, devilled eggs
Supper - Lentil Soup, franks, sour cream

Day 28 -
Breakfast - yogurt, flax, sunflower seeds, half and half, cinnamon, cantalope
Lunch - Sausage Gravy over eggs; salad of lettuce, cucumber, pepper and ranch dressing
Supper - pork chop, Broccoli Casserole

Average daily calories = 1782, fat = 123 grams, protein = 107 grams, total carbs = 62 grams, fiber = 20 grams, average net carbs per day = 42. It's a bit high on carbs as I tried to use things up, but not far from my goal of about 40 per day.
