At-Home WOD

My family is in town for a wedding this weekend and I stayed up far too late with them last night. Therefore, I did not get up in time for CF this morning. At first I decided it was for the best since my shoulders are super sore from thrusters yesterday. Then I got bored and decided to do a modified version of the WOD instead.

The WOD posted was this:
150 Single Skips
50 Walking Lunges
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
150 Single Skips
40 Walking Lunges
40 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
150 Single Skips
30 walking Lunges
30 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
150 Single Skips
20 Walking Lunges
20 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups
150 Single Skips
10 Walking Lunges
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups

I skipped the push-ups because of my shoulders, and only did the rounds of 50, 30, and 10 to make it a little shorter so I'd have time to get ready for the wedding (and also to avoid making myself too sore to work out tomorrow). It took me about 13 minutes. It's the perfect at home WOD because all you need is a jump rope. I'll definitely repeat this and try the whole thing next time I want to work out at home. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else wants to give it a go at home!

    Thanks so much for posting this... I will have to scale it but I'm going to Chicago next week and needed something I can do there.. and this just may fit the bill!

    VERY cool! I like the looks of that! Honestly though I'm not really wanting to do any sit-ups at home until I get myself an abmat! Talk about a difference in sit-ups... holy cow. Doesn't hurt my back AND burns up my core. Yes please!
