A three week plateau

Well, for 3 weeks now I have been stuck at 277. I have been from 277.2, to 277.8, to now I am just plain 277. I am just dancing around the 277. Its like I got so excited that I finally broke out of the 280's+ and now my body is saying SCREW YOU, we are going to just stay in this happy spot now. So, this week I am kicking it up a notch. I'm tired of 277 - I'm ready to go down to the next level. I'm doing 40-45 minute workouts everyday (I was doing 30 minute workouts every day 2 weeks ago but last week I got kinda relaxed and it didn't fair well for me. My dinners are going to consist of large portions of vegetables, proper portions of lean meat, and a proper portion of carbohydrates. Last nights dinner was:

3 oz grilled chicken (3 pts)
1 cp ranch style beans (6 pts)
1 cp vegetable medley (0 pts)
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- spinach
- onions
- 1 can of rotel
- chili powder & cumin

Tonights dinner will be

3 oz chicken (3 pts)
1/2 cp macaroni and cheese (5 pts)
1 cp vegetable medley (0 pts)
-same as last night

My lunch was a large salad with lean pork and 2% cheese w/ mushrooms. I had a bad breakfast, but that's why I'm behaving so well this evening, lol. Well, wish me luck on breaking this 277 plateau I'm stuck on.
