I'm a Tenacious Jungle Tiger!
Here me roar!
Being healthy and aging wisely is important to me. I don't want to spend senior years taking pills and seeing doctors. I'm 56 and I don't think of myself as old in my mind, I don't want my body to look older than it is either. I'm on a mission to be the best I can be for the age I am!
In the next 12 weeks I am going to lose 10-12 pounds. This will bring me within 3-5 pounds of my goal weight. I'm going to do this by following a healthy diet and calorie range. Along with planned exercise and strength training.
Eating plant base and being aware of what I'm putting in my body makes me feel good about my place on earth. I know from losing 9 pounds during BLC21 that committing to and doing the weekly challenges will get me to my BLC22 goal. Connecting with other Tigers will carry me through each week and push this tiger to the finish. 1 pound a week at a time!
