Superglue Your Intentions to your Mind

Saturday, June 08, 2013

While watching Dr. Wayne Dyer, Wishes Fulfilled on a PBS special today, I was struck by one particular quote when he explains how he is able to accomplish big projects. He says,

"I superglue my intentions into my imagination " (along with a do not disturb sign)

And I thought that would be a powerful strategy for the lifestyle changes we are making on this journey. Imagine supergluing you intentions to a prominent place in your mind with a DO NOT DISTURB sign right beside it so that no one, nothing, not family, not food manufacturers, not cravings, not even you can derail you from your goal!

The whole program is available on You Tube. The segment with the quote starts around 1:20:34.

Interesting. I saved the link, to watch when I have more time. OR when I'm washing the dishes! :) (Which is a time I often use to listen to motivational or educational video's).
