Time for a RESET

Reset my ticker and goal today. Have been off the chart, literally. I've been eating my anxiety instead of resolving it, and its showing emoticon

I should no longer say the phrase "reality bites" because obviously I'm taking too many bites of reality LOL!

I'm going to set some basic goals, track and measure them, and head towards success.

Onward ho! I WILL be triumphant.

    Good for you for resetting your wellness goals. emoticon

The tricky part is addressing the anxiety. Too bad there's not an anxiety meter, and some recipes to avoid it! On the other hand, I think an anxiety meter would make me nervous.

    That's the ticket! We've all experienced times when we don't do what we know we should. Great determination to get back on track. emoticon
