I paid a personal trainer last week! She started a training class for the summer. 6:00 a.m. at the high school track on Tuesdays and Thursday for June, July and August. I was so excited the first time I couldn't sleep well the night before. I do so well when I meet with a group and have someone else tell me what to do! That's why I did well on swim team in high school and I did well in my fitness classes in college. Some one gave me expectations and I set out to prove that I can fulfill them.

My mini goal is to get under 200 by the end of August.

Now I just need to get me eating under control. This week has been challenging, I'm mentally just so focused on food and eating. It's crazy. I finally recorded everything I ate yesterday. Love the SP app. I can even just use a barcode scanner to find items. Fabulous and super easy. I have the tools and I'm going to work harder to use them.

Goal for this week is to record everything!! Stay in calorie range. Eat most of my carbs in the first part of the day.
