This menu for a salad has many carbs and calories, so be careful when filling your plate.
This salad is made of the foods you enjoy. I open my refrigerator and cabinets doors and take out food that I would like to put in my salad. This is the usual:
Can whole kernel corn (always rinse foods in cans to cut the sodium)
Can purple beets (rinsed)
Can green beans (rinsed)
Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
Can pinto beans (rinsed)
Can black beans (rinsed)
ANY OTHER FOODS YOU LIKE!
Mushrooms (your choice--I like the ones already prepared in a jar)
Mixed the salad well.
I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU NEED SALAD DRESSING BECAUSE OF THE MIXES. BUT, IF YOU DO NEED SALAD DRESSING, PUT THE SALAD DRESSING (measured) IN A SEPARATE SMALL BOWL THEN DIP YOUR FORK INTO THE SALAD DRESSING. AFTER PUTTING THE SALAD DRESSING ON THE FORK PUT INTO YOUR SALAD AND PICK UP THE GOODIES.
BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR SERVINGS BECAUSE THERE ARE CARBS IN THIS SALAD
