Need exercise advise please!!

I have all this exercise equipment and tools and I'm not exactly sure what to do. I mean, technically I know what to do. I just sometimes feel overwhelmed about what exactly to do and I end up not working out until almost noon! I realized that I need a weekly workout schedule to follow but I am not sure exactly how to devise one. I have spent the morning googling workout plans but everything I am finding is geared towards the already very physically fit. So, I thought I would send out a plea for help from my Spark friends!

This is what I have:

A treadmill
An Elliptical
A stationary bike
A punching bag
A bowflex
2 exercise balls
2 resistance bands
A 7lb kettlebell
Zumba DVDs
Slim in 6 DVD (which I use for strength training on my legs)
1 sister who is my workout buddy most days!

I saw this quote which made me feel that scheduling my workouts would be beneficial:

"If you talk about it, it's a dream.
If you envision it, it's possible.
But if you schedule it, it's real."

    (also - totally jealous of all your fun toys you've collected for your gym).

    Just pick one thing, do it for 20-30 or whatever you can easily handle starting out, the next day, do a second one. Stay with those two things for the week.

    Next week, pick another two of your exercise arsenal, and do them.

    When you run out of equipment, start again! emoticon

    I agree with Jimsgym. And every 2 weeks (or one) look up one of your other items online and add 1 activity with it into the mix.

    My recommendation is to just do it every morning with a day off - even when you don't feel like it. Start with a warm up on the elliptical, which should warm up your upper and lower body. 10-20 minutes is fine. Then doing some strength training. There are lots of videos on YouTube about how to use Kettle Bells. Mix it up day by day with your other equipment, like the BowFlex. For toning you can do your whole body - muscle building recommends a hard work followed by a day of rest for those body parts so you'd alternate. Follow up with cardio - I stay away from treadmills because of joint pounding and would personally go back to the elliptical or stationary bike for 20 minutes or so.

    Keep it light and fun at first and add to as you want more.
