I am so glad it is summer time. That means no school (work). It also means that I am back to my morning workouts. I am more motivated to workout in the morning than I am when I get off work. I work with multi handicap students during the school year and am tired when I get off work. With summer I am able to get up and go workout. I feel better and have lost a couple of pounds already.
