Lowering your daily calorie count.

On the meal plan, I have found that the sub list has many choices to choose from. I like to pick the ones with the lower calorie count for each meal. I have also found wheat bread that is only 35 calories per slice, orange juice that only has 50 calories per 8 oz glass and yogurt that has only 50 calories. These little thing make a big difference.

    Weight loss = calories in - calories burned.
