I make a huge pot of it I got 22 [2 cup] portions. i freeze them in indivaul containers.
Ilb bag of 15 mix beans with lentails
1lb of split peas
1lb brown lentials
1 whole winter squash
1 large bag of cooking greens[swiss chard, kale, spinach]
1 whole bulb of garlic
.5 cup choped ginger
3 cups of diced celery
3 cups of diced onion
3 cups of diced carrots
italian seasoning to your taste
2 large cans of low sodium diced tomatoes with itailian spice
2 zest and juice of lemons
30 cups of water.
You can soak your beans the night befor. I cook the whole soup all day the longer you can cook it the better. I do not add any fat, sodium or sugar.
