The Fast Diet: Week 3 Weigh in Results

Week 3 and another 2.2lbs have melted away, small wins in what is a going to be a long journey. But I'm very happy with the progress I'm making!
I have set an interim goal of getting under 200lbs once I get to this point I am going to buy myself a new Pandora charm for my bracklet, I'm hoping this will be a daily visual reminder to stay on track - in theory i should see it everytime I am tempted to re-rail and reach out to open the fridge door - and it should at least make me thing twice about whether i want the fridge contents or the next charm.

I thought I would update my progress towards my other goals swell.
Complete 500 minutes of exercise (i haven't done this since July 2011 according to my spark awards) (500/290 remaining)
Get the next spark trophy (currently 570 points away) (570/370 remaining)
Try to cook 4 new receipes with under 500 calories (4/0)
Take 3 mins of my 5k run time (currently 46 minutes) (-180/+60 slowed down)
Loose an inch of belly fat (1/0) I will only update this one at the end of the month
