Good cardio workout

I almost didn't go to the gym after supper as planned because supper was later than usual. But I thought about my streak and didn't want to break it, so I went ahead and went. I did a good hard 40 min cardio -- 20 min on the stationary bike where I did two rounds of tabata, then 20 minutes on the arc trainer.

Streak Goals:
Start Date = 5/31/13

Eat 5 servings veggies 8/8
Exercise minimum of 30 minutes a day allowing one day of rest a week 8/8
Gym 3-4x's week (plan = M-W-F, Sat) 5/5
