I almost didn't go to the gym after supper as planned because supper was later than usual. But I thought about my streak and didn't want to break it, so I went ahead and went. I did a good hard 40 min cardio -- 20 min on the stationary bike where I did two rounds of tabata, then 20 minutes on the arc trainer.
