Here are S.M.A.R.T Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevent, Time-Bound) for the BLC 22 challenge.
Track every BLT (bite, lick, taste) on SP or paper for 12 weeks beginning June 5.
Exercise 30 minutes per day for 12 weeks beginning June 5.
Participate in every team challenge and earn at least 50 percent of points.
June and July are packed with personal challenges, such as hosting a picnic for 100 people. Such as being a resource and support for dd while she is buying a used car, starting college, selecting courses. Etc. I am planning and preparing. Now I aspire to trust God and not fear. He keeps the planets in their courses; He designed the tiny exquisite flowers I saw on the lake shore today. Yet He knows the number of hairs on my head. Worry is utterly irrational. So is overeating. Step by step, prayer by prayer.
