Friday Morning Doubleheader

Today I did the Friday morning double-header of yoga & regular CF class. I almost had a private yoga class, but someone ended up coming in 5 minutes late.
For strength, we did a fun complex. I was excited to do some lifting since it's been a few weeks. The complex was:
1 power clean + 3 front squats + 2 push jerks
I got up to 98#. I used to only push jerk, but thanks to Oly class have only been split jerking, so it was kind of weird to go back. I used to hate split jerking, but now I prefer it.
The WOD didn't look bad on paper, but as usual, it was:
10 minute AMRAP:
3 thrusters (Rx=113#, so HEAVY)
6 10M shuttle sprints
I used 73# for my thrusters. I thought I was going a little lighter than I should since I have done Fran with 65#, but this was HARD. I did 9 rounds + 5 (3 thrusters & 2 sprints). Thrusters suck!
