Getting Into the Swing of Things

It's hard to reach your goals among so many distractions. I think today is the first day I've been "home" in three days! Monday, I was technically home, but we were so busy working around the house that all dietary and exercising went straight out the window. Tuesday, I went with my mother to Raleigh (an hour away from home) to take care of some business, came home and had to rush a sick puppy to the vet, where I stayed for FOUR HOURS, then came home, and had to rush to get ready for my sister's awards program for Scouts. Wednesday, I literally spent the whole day shopping with my mom and sister for her graduation and her summer camp job. Thursday was filled with more housework, building another dog pen, and putting together over 100 wedding invites! I'm pooped! So now I'm having to get back into the swing of things AGAIN in order to reach some semblance of my goals! I don't know what else I gotta do just to lose those inches off my waist, but I know running around is not helping!
