1. Stay active. I WILL be a 12 streaker so I will do a minimum of 5 days a week of no less then 20 fitness minutes. I try to workout everyday but I realize that every once in awhile I may need a day or two of rest.
2. Stay in range in the follow categories: protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber and sodium. I have found that doing this while eating at least 3-5 freggies (sometimes more) daily has helped me loose weight during the interim. I will also get at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
3. Reach my Ultimate Goal Weight of 144. I am 10.6 pounds away!
