Today is the first day again of a new beginning. I want to journal in hopes that I stay motivated to lose weight. I am grateful that I can accept doing only 10-30 min a day of exercise of even 3 minute intervals as it is a start to discipline.
yesterday June 4 2013 wed, - I started exercising,
- today I decided to add sparkpeople.
I hope in doing this I learn the value of communicating and support groups, if even online.
So outside of that random intro, today on steve harvey, I saw a women who in my narrowmindedness I would have thought she was perfectly happy being ordinary (basic, not worried about how she dresses even a Berkeley type, maybe a pet owner) we could have been friends via the pet connection or even if she were a bookworm.
They gave her a makeover and she was in awe and genuinely seemed grateful and said she felt like a million bucks.
What I learned:
- EVERYONE wants to feel special and great! It may not be in fashion or looks but there is something that will make a person tick, if even they appear not to care, there is, on some level somewhere that they do care.
This was a lesson learned, I am not alone and more than that it stretches beyond what I can see, people, all people have outside needs and aren't necessarily just satisfied with themselves as is, we could all use a boost.
I will not assume!
