Today I am supposed to blog about -
If "weight" didn't exist, how would you know if your body was healthy? Blog today about all the signs that you're getting healthier, happier and fitter that don't involve the scale.
Well, I would love to not feel a belly in my lap when I am sitting down! I would like to have an easier time standing and walking without as much pain. I would like to walk farther without having to sit.
Yes, that would be an awesome day!
