BLC22 Week One

I've been thinking about what my goals are for this challenge, besides the obvious losing weight. After much thought here's what I've come up with.

1. Make exercise an everyday priority, which will mean getting out of bed a little earlier in the morning to make sure that happens.

2. Be conscience of everything I put in my mouth, not making any food forbidden, just making sure I'm aware of what's going in my mouth.

3. I do NOT want to look back at my before stats and picture after 12 weeks and see little or no change!

Beginning TNT results:

Crunches - 40
Squats - 110
Push Ups (on knees) - 15
Plank - 46.6
Wall Sit - 37.1
1 mile walk - 15.2

    Great job!!! and I SO hear you about looking back at those before pictures at the end of 12 weeks.. I better darn well see some progress dag nab it!
