Last night I realized I had way too much food in the fridge, so I tried to incorporate a lot of veggies in my smoothies. My breakfast, snack, and lunch were all disgusting moosh of beets, greens, broccoli, avocado, strawberries, blueberries, peach, and almond milk. Gross. When I go to the grocery store (and farmers market) tomorrow I'll make sure to stock up on stuff that actually tastes good together.
Upside though, I had so much energy for my kickboxing class I took at lunch.
Caffeine seems to be a non-issue today, though I'm kind of winding down and wishing I had a pick-me-up right now. Must be because I only sipped 4 ounces of my lunch before dumping it down the drain.
We're allowed to eat dinner if we have to, and I think I will tonight. Bf leaves for training tomorrow, so I want to spend as much special quality time with him as I can. I think I'll make him a big steak. The next two days I'll do strictly smoothies.
Speaking of steak.. I got in contact with a lady that has a farm and she produces grass-finished beef. I put in an order so here shortly I should be eating delicious happy cows. It's $7.25/lb, much cheaper than what I could get at the grocery store!
