Hooray for new goals and beginning again!
My Measurements were terrible for this month. Embarrassing too. Pregnancy has changed my body- I gained 2 inches on my waist, 2 on my hips and 1.5 on each thigh. That's a lot of inches! But the good news is that I'm not accepting it. This is my post partum body for now, and will look different in 4/8/12 weeks.
My Fit test results were also pitiful.
Pushups (modified): 8
Plank: 2 seconds (I couldn't hold this at all!)
Rockbottom, hello. My name is Elizabeth and I'm leaving you now.
My goals for the next 12 weeks is to:
- Lose at least one pound a week. This is bare minimum- and would put me at 230 pounds. However, ideally, I would like to break through 100kgs and be in "double digits" by the end of these three months which would put me at 220 pounds. This would need a loss of 1.8 pounds a week. Do able, but I am afraid to be disappointed by not reaching that goal.
- Exercise at least 10 minutes everyday.
- Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday
Let's do this thing!
