May 2013: I set no goals other than to try to get back to regular exercise & stop gaining weight. I succeeded at both.

May by the numbers:
Fitness minutes: 1,748
Miles Run: 87.55
Days in calorie range: 17
Weight change: -3

Goals for June:
Achieve 2,000 fitness minutes.
Run over 100 miles.
Stay in calorie range at least 24 days.
Do my new-to-me Iron Strength Workout for Runners once a week.
Keep up with strength training & physical therapy exercises.
