Yes, it's time for me to get serious about losing some of this weight. I've been able to keep a few pounds off but I need to lose more. It is a cooler season right now so I should be able to take walks more comfortably. I can't walk fast because of my messed up knee/leg but I can walk so I need to do so.
I have lots of veggies in the house right now so I need to concentrate on eating more veggies. Also cut back on the starches some. I'm ready to work on getting healthier..... AGAIN.
1. I've had a good week at work. Nursing School where I teach only has two weeks left of school for this academic year.
2. I've started preparing the computer course that I will teach to student nurses this summer. It is a non credit type course with no grades. Just fun. Most have never before used a computer.
3. I'm ready to act... to live a healthier lifestyle.
