I am happy to be part of the BLC team True Blue.
I am looking forward to the challenges and accountability.
My long term goal is to ultimately weigh 143 pounds.
I also want to be able to run at least a 5K with my youngest daughter.
I want to be healthy and fit for my kids and my future grandkids.
My mid term goal (during BLC 22) is to lose 24 pounds and to get my blood pressure out of the "elevated range". I am going to participate in all the challenges.
My short term goal for this week is to get in 8 glasses of water and 6 freggies and at least 20 min of exercise each day, along with completing the weekend challenge.
