BLC 22 Goals

I am happy to be part of the BLC team True Blue. emoticon I am looking forward to the challenges and accountability.

My long term goal is to ultimately weigh 143 pounds. emoticon I also want to be able to run at least a 5K with my youngest daughter. emoticon I want to be healthy and fit for my kids and my future grandkids.

My mid term goal (during BLC 22) is to lose 24 pounds and to get my blood pressure out of the "elevated range". I am going to participate in all the challenges.

My short term goal for this week is to get in 8 glasses of water and 6 freggies and at least 20 min of exercise each day, along with completing the weekend challenge. emoticon

    Great goals, and I know you can do it. You will be amazed at yourself when you run your first 5K. You will get addicted to it though so look out! Ha Ha I could not believe the day I could walk my first 5K. Up to that point I could barely walk ten steps without panting and feeling terrible. Now I love to Love to walk, I will never be a runner (Asthma) but I absolutely love walking! Whoo Hoo for you and I look forward to seeing your pictures from your first 5K! Susan

    You have some super goals!! I know you will do great! TRUE BLUE has amazing support! I have been really impressed by how everything is ran on the team! Some of our weekly goals are the same. I am here for you if you ever need me!
