Somewhere I got off track of this lifestyle change I started. I was trying to keep my meals in a certain window of time and that has gone away. But the hardest thing I have experienced is that I started drinking sugary soda pop again, and I just can't seem to quit it. I have grown to love drinking water and tea since I could not in the past, but I have been craving the soda and just can't leave it alone. It has been helpful to come to Sparkpeople to get my thinking back on track again, so I am hopeful that there will be a turn around soon.
