Short blog again because i'm out of town. Things are good. I found some full body photos from a few months ago and I see a major difference when I look in the mirror... it makes me feel even more motivated to keep it up.
Breakfast: eggs in pasture butter, a pluot, an orange
Lunch: baked potato w/ greek yogurt and leftover primal chili, pistachios
Snacks: Nick's Sticks jerky, low-sodium v-8, hard boiled eggs, raspberries, and dark chocolate
I planned to run and ST today, but my muscles just haven't recovered yet from my workouts this week. It's okay. It's better to rest til I'm recovered than to push it, so I did some light walking instead. I pushed myself a little out of my comfort zone nearly every day this week and I'm damn proud of it.

Full-Body ST: 1/2
Sprinting Intervals: 0/1
Light Cardio: 5/4
Next week I will be sure to get sprinting done FIRST, haha. Actually, I plan to do it tomorrow night, when we get home.
