Goal Day

Today was the day I was hoping to be at my goal of 130lbs. I am still holding steady at 135lbs for a couple of months now. However, I am happy with how I look and feel, and that matters more than the scale. I probably need to just accept that this is where my body wants to be. I seem to be able to maintain this weight comfortably; I'm not starving myself, but I'm not eating mindlessly like I did when I was heavier. 40lbs gone is not too shabby! I have reset my SP goal to lose 5 more pounds by the middle of the summer. We'll see if some summer activity helps the scale move down a bit more.

    Congratulations on the 40 pounds lost. I am glad to hear that you have such a good attitude about not reaching your goal. It is just a scale and if you feel good and are maintaining that is what counts. You can still keep trying and hopefully you will suceed on your next goal date.
