What: Hit my dream weight of 145lbs
Where: Not sure how to answer this one but I’ll say in my life
When: End of the BLC22 round, Aug 28, 2013
How: By eliminating processed food and eating food as close to their natural state as possible. Keep my Carb/Protein ration 1:1 and no more than 1.2:1. Also making sure my macros are Fat, Protein and Carbs 33%. Slowly reintroduce my intolerant food to see if I can start eating any again.
Why: To be within a healthy weight range for my height and to avoid health issues in the future.
How much: Lose 8lbs (average about .66lbs a week)
How Often: Workout 6 days a week. On gym days my workouts will incorporate cardio (interval training) and strength training (will switch something up every time so that my body doesn’t get comfortable). On non-gym days, I will run outside (steady cardio) and if weather doesn’t permit, then I will pop in a dvd. Also, if I bite it I write it down including my grazing, snacks and nibbles.
How Many: I will not focus only on calories but make sure that I’m eating the right mix of food.
I have a gym membership. I also have exercise dvds at home as well as hand weights and dumbbells. I also have an affordable dietitian that I can make an appointment with if I need help with making healthy food choices.
Before my cruise, I had declared myself at goal because I had hit my bodyfat goal and I was within my range by never did hit 145lbs. I know with the new information that I have, I will be able to hit my goal.
I would need that I need to average a loss of 0.66lbs a week.
As SparkCoach Nicole says BE POSITIVE – Focus on what I will do rather than what I won’t do. Track successes instead of failures.
