So I did it. I weighed in for the first time since last month. I haven't tracked a weigh-in since April. I was at 143 last month. April I was 141. Now I am 146! I am not very happy. I can't use the excuse of extra muscle cause I know it is not. I need to get my butt on track. Not weighing in will only work if I don't use it as an excuse to slip here and there. You would think I would atleast stay the same weight. I know Im not eating thousands of extra calories. I don't get how I've gained back 5 lbs! Oh well, maybe some of it is water weight and added muscle. I don't know, but, that's what the scale says. So I am really going to get focused and watch myself this next week. I am going to weigh in again next Friday. I can tell I have backslid a bit with how I feel too. I feel a little more squishy than I did a few weeks ago. Well, this was the kick in the butt I needed. I am back on track now. No excuses!
On a brighter note I finally beat my streak for spinning the spark wheel today!! Day 26 straight!!
