Well I have been working on getting 10K steps a day and actually hit 70,500 yesterday for the past 7 days! :) I am noticing that it is getting easier to get those steps and still be able to have energy for other things. I used to feel dead after doing 10K steps in a day ;). I am stuck with my weight right now so I know I need to add some other activities or adjust somehow. I am going to try to include my weight training 3 times a week again. I have been trying so hard to fit in the steps that I end up out of time and energy. I am regaining the energy and need to do the weights even if only 10 minutes for now. I know I am losing inches I just wish the pounds would go down too!
