I know i have been slacking on working out. But i didn't realize it was this bad....I have not worked out since 5/13! Wow, where did all that time go? What happened to my motivation? I really need to get back on track. I have been eating healthier and working on quiting drinking and smoking. But now that summer is here, I am far too busy to do anything. By the time i get to workout, I'm too tired and always say "that's okay, i will start tomorrow" well didn't realize that tomorrow was almost a month later. Oh well, one day at a time. Instead of tomorrow, i am going to say "Today" and stick with it!
