Breakfast.....it can calm the stress of the day

This morning I got an early morning call from work that totally disrupted my day!!

I was about to start my Friday morning YOGA session and had to nix that so I could take care of work related issues (I do IT work). Completely rattled my morning.

HOWEVER....my morning Shakeology settled my nerves and provided me what my body needed to handle the stress of the day!

1 scoop chocolate shakeology
1 banana
1 table spoon natural honey
ice
1 cup water
and drink.

yes.....I love my shakeology and this is just ONE of the many many reasons I love it so.

Shakes are a good option for those on-the-move, last minute 'lifes tryin' to kill me' moments!
I always take time after my workout to SIT & fully embrace my breakfast. It calms my mind and body down so I can be prepared for the rest of the day.
I take my time to enjoy each bite, chew it, enjoy the textures & flavors and give thanks for being so blessed to be able to eat such good FOOD.
Breakfast - the most important meal of the day for me! (-:
