So recently I've had a check up at the doctor and an assessment with a personal trainer. Here are my numbers:
Heart Rate: 68
Height: 5' 6.5"
Body Fat: 21%
I'm pretty proud of my numbers! My next thing I want to do is to tone up. Hopefully, by working with my trainer, I will be able to finally get the body I've always wanted. I'm pretty good at getting all my cardio in with walking and running, but I need to build up some muscles to help boost my metabolism and get rid of the extra layer of fat. I feel "skinny fat" -thin, but squishy ;)
