Busy busy busy

When we closed up shop last week, I was a bit concerned about occupying my time.

BAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!

How silly of me! emoticon

I haven't stopped since! The kids and everything related to the end of the year have kept me plenty busy...so much so that the house is STILL a disaster from last week! No joke!

So on the rainy rainy day, I am cleaning and decluttering...and picking the kids up at 11:30 because they have a half day today for some reason... 2 weeks left of school and they have a half day. Makes no sense, but it is what it is!

I'm also back to tracking nutrition and working in the yard and walking...really, there is no excuse not to for me right now...now is there?!?! LOL So that is what I am doing so I don't fall into the bored eating, the depressed eating, the emotional eating, or the social eating that is (and/or was) BOUND to happen to me...depending on the day.

That's my game plan for right now. In the past, major life changes brought about weight gain. Not this time around. No thank you.

I also don't want to buy new clothes, except to enhance my wardrobe and I have to replenish the boys' clothes - they are the one's who are growing like weeds! I fit in my clothes from 2 years ago still...that is a big score in my eyes...and money in my pocket if you really think about it! Woohoo!

So I'm off to go and clean something else on this rainy day! I hope you all have a great weekend!!!

    Good for you fitting clothes from 2 years ago. I do not want to get new clothes in a bigger size either. You have maintained so well all these years. I know you will work your way through this current major change in your life without gaining.

Tracking, working int the yard and walking are all great steps in staying healthy.
You can do it.
