My goals for this round of BLC22 may seem sort of big but I really think that its doable if I put my mind to it and stick with it. Being apart of this is really making me much more accountable. I want to earn as many points possible so I do not let my team down. Thinking about that is really pushing me in a way that I need to be pushed.
Here are my goals:
1) Started out at 218. I would really love to be at 199. I know that is allot of weight to lose in 12 weeks but I feel if I really make the change and stick with it, I could see those results. Now if that is not reasonable enough I would be happy seeing 205.
So how am I going to achieve this: Im going to work out, eat right and have fun!
I am so sick of seeing myself stay between 215-222. Its been that way for 3 or more years now. I need a change and I want a change.
2) I want to make myself work out much more often. Im aiming for 5 days a week with an ultimate goal of 6. I know I can do this. I can walk on lunches, work out when Jordan goes to bed and even take the kids on a walk or bike ride after work and on the weekends. I could walk the zoo or the mall on a cloudy day.
3) I want to track all the food I eat and stay with in my calorie range. Now I know there will be some days where I might go over (family functions) but I will not go over board and I will track every bite I take. That is something that has been a problem for me before.
4) I want to be able to run a mile with out stopping by the time the 12 weeks are up. This is something I have NEVER been able to do. I will practice on my treadmill and push a little harder each time.
With all my resources I have (my trainer, BLC22 and Spark People) I know I can do this in 12 weeks.
