Advice: Small Steps

For most of this last year i kept trying too do too much at once. And since starting spark people a few weeks ago I have only done small things. And I am actually really happy with it. The first week i didn't really even do anything. For a week and a half all i did is look at blogs and other spark stuff. However, all these things kept building up in my head and giving me ideas and inspiring me. This last week i took on a challenge too walk an hour a night. Even if it was split up. The first 2 nights i split it 40 minutes then 20. The next 2 i was able too do the whole 60 minutes at once. Then tonight i did the 60 and later on almost another 40. I'm making a goal too do 2 hours by the end of next week. My plans started off small and have ended up growing pretty fast. So my advice as i said in the title is do small steps at first. whatever you feel you can do. And don't let your mind tell you its not enough. I always had trouble because i want big results and fast. And you can do it. By taking small steps and increasing at a pace you feel good at. So good luck everyone and happy friday! :DDD
