Its a wet rainy one here in VA. Experiencing our first tropical storm of the season. Jimi thinks we need to have an 'Andre' party (like a hurricane party, but with Andre since the TS is named Andrea...). Yeah, we're not 20 anymore, so I don't think we need to do that
Yesterday was a draw. I planned to have a smoothie when I got home from work and finished my workout, but ended up eating a little bit of everything and a lot of peanut butter immediately when I walked in the door. I ended up snacking for about 1.5 hours. 850 calories of junk! I even had a workout pulled up on my computer so I could jump right in.
After I digested enough to be mobile, I did a cardio warm up and then did a 10 minute cardio/abs workout. About 30 minutes later, I also did the abs workout that I had planned to do before work.

Positive from yesterday, I drank 17 cups of water! I know a lot of people on sp comment on others drinking more water than necessary. I kind of just wanted ot see if I could drink a gallon of water in a day. When I follow the detox plan, I'll be drinking about that much water each day.
After 4 mornings of being a lazy bum, I FINALLY got out of bed to do some yoga this morning. I did hit snooze once, so I ended up just making up a 10 minute sequence instead of going downstairs and doing the video I picked out.
