I want to make consistent, good choices

Friday, June 07, 2013

I have been struggling. Food is so available, especially junk. I mostly do not keep bad things at home.
I have trouble after lunch, and often through the evening. It's not a big binge problem, it's a little of this, a little of that, and not keeping track.
I want to be consistent without being rigid.

I'm the same, I just want to nibble, nibble, nibble after work. But recently I've started teaching myself to crochet and I haven't snacked at all in the evenings. It's really true that distraction/keeping your hands busy works!

i am weak at those same tiems too...i'm trying to keep yummy teas and some healthy snacks within quick reach...

when the vending machine or chocolate are screaming my name i get a big glass of water wtih lemon...when that doesn't do it i take a 5 minute stroll around my office buiding &/or eat a handful of nuts & an apple..

sometimes these things work...sometimes i just give in & eat chocolate - LOL
