The Bounce effect

Yesterday was a dark and rainy day. I had some jobs to get done late the night before since my daughter's bridal shower is tomorrow
, so I had to put off paperwork I needed to get done before a morning appointment. So I got in a few minutes of weight-lifting at least.
Until about 3:00 I was keeping busy and had had a good sized lunch but by that time I was really hungry and stuck in our office at the mall. Well, I was able to get out and head to the food court...what a bad area that is! Even with Blimpy as a choice there wasn't much I could see that was one of my healthy choices so I wound up with pretzels and sun chips; neither of which has much staying power for me but they helped.
Anyway, I was exhausted after dinner, and it was close to 8:30. I decided to rest...and on to the Bounce!!!
Another dark day but I am ready to get some moves in and get that "I got it done" feeling back!!
Hoping later today to get a walk-jog in as well. After all, tomorrow is weigh-in day!!
