Weeks 20 & 21

Week 20 I was at the bigges loser working hard. This week I am still on the GI diet not measuring nor tracking food. Just respecting the rules. I am back at work so not much time for training. But food wise I did pretty well.
week 1 : 259.6 lbs
week 8 : 248.6 (now under 250)
week 18 : 239.6 (now under 240)
week 19 : 237.6
week 21 : 227.8
loss for the last 2 weeks (9.8 pound)
Starting weight 1/1/2011 : 258 (-30.2)
weight when joining Spark weight 4/16/2011 : 231.3 lbs (-3.5)
lowest weight since starting all this : 225.8 lbs (2)
Ultimate goal weight : 180 (+47.8)
1/1/2013 weight : 263 lbs (-35.2)
Those are amazing figures! The hard work at the Biggest Loser is still paying off!
I am now only 2 pounds from my lightest weight of the last 2 years! What a nice kick off for the summer!
Lets just say I am proud of myself!
And I learned some good lessons fitness wise :
