I'm adding to my June goals list drum roll please
I'm cutting my snacks from two to one. Because my problem is if I eat a Special K bar I always eat two. Now their not bad for you but it would be nice to cut my snacks and other things I eat to one a day or whenever it eat it and added more fruit and veggies instead. Bilsters are getting better.
