I'm adding to my June goals list drum roll please

I'm cutting my snacks from two to one. Because my problem is if I eat a Special K bar I always eat two. Now their not bad for you but it would be nice to cut my snacks and other things I eat to one a day or whenever it eat it and added more fruit and veggies instead. Bilsters are getting better.

  Glad to hear your blisters are almost gone and I hope the shoes feel better now as well. Good idea on the snacks - I am trying to get my afternoon snack down to a more realistic calorie count. Good luck with your goals for June.

    You go girl!! Thanks for your kind concern about my tummy. I have had years of issues with it and my MD hubby feels pretty sure it's just IBS. I will find out soon!
